Steven Gerrard is out of Saturday's home game with Fulham after the muscle tear which ruled him out of England's win in Germany on Wednesday.

Full-back Alvaro Arbeloa returns after a one-match ban and Robbie Keane has recovered from the shoulder injury which kept him out for the Republic of Ireland.
